A handrail, corroded by time, traces an industrial boundary on the landscape. Beyond the barrier, the monastery stone endures under a heavy sky, an ancient heart beating among the mountains.
The closed aperture (f/11) ensures an extended depth of field, bringing the grassy foreground into dialogue with the architecture in the background. The choice of a very fast shutter speed (1/3200s), allowed by high ISO sensitivity, freezes the flight of birds, crystallizing every element of the scene.
