The Silent Guardian

A sequence of luminous thresholds marks the space, a geometric corridor that guides the gaze. At the end of the path awaits the relic of an explorer, an immobile icon of departures and returns.
The large aperture (f/2) distinctly separates the subject in the background from the foreground, using the reduced depth of field to guide the observer along the prospective corridor. The use of a 50mm lens maintains the scene in a natural, almost intimate visual dimension, despite the futuristic subject.
