Beyond the Fence

The wire fence delineates space, a grid superimposed on bodies and play. Beyond the barrier, training gestures become patterns in a daily ritual, observed from a distance that abstracts their form.
The use of a closed aperture (f/10) ensures a wide depth of field, keeping both the foreground fence and the subjects in focus, and forcing a dialogue between the planes. The very fast shutter speed (1/1000s) freezes movement, transforming dynamic action into a geometric and silent composition.
