Threshold in Darkness

A blade of light reveals what it chooses from matter: holy faces, wooden geometries that guard silence. The threshold is a boundary between the visible and the intuitive, a space dense with memory and faith.
The very high ISO sensitivity (6400) is the expressive key to recording the scene in conditions of minimal light. This technical choice, combined with the moderate aperture, allows for sculpting the textures struck by light, letting the rest of the frame recede into a deep, tactile black.
