Structure and Bark

The dark facade of a building is revealed behind the intricate bare branches of a park. The organic lines of the trees overlap with the geometry of the architecture, creating a dialogue between the built structure and the natural element.
The image is built on a stratification of planes that creates depth: the light trunks, the dense network of branches, and finally the dark mass of the building. The low-angle perspective accentuates verticality, while the diffused light allows focus on textures and the contrast between forms.
