The view from street level is compressed between building facades, in an accumulation of signs and people. The gaze is drawn upwards, where a dark skyscraper marked with the number "1" stands out against the sky.
The vertical composition, made with a 50mm lens, accentuates the monumentality of the buildings that close the perspective. The choice of an intermediate aperture (f/5) allows the entire scene to remain in focus, from the bustling street to the top of the skyscrapers.
